Our beans are sourced from Mandhelingo, Indonesia, in the lush highlands of Sulawesi. The region’s volcanic soil, tropical climate, and smallholder farming traditions produce some of the most distinctive coffees in the world. Mandhelingo beans are prized for their bold body, earthy complexity, and ability to maintain rich flavors after decaffeination.
